Dealer OrdersAll dealer pricing includes a threshold shipping arrangement. Each cabinet is boxed and slat crated for its protection during the shipping process and will be delivered directly to your facility. You will receive a phone call from the shipper requesting a delivery time that will work within the hours of operation of your business. Our shippers are fully insured for any damage that may occur during this process. You should inspect the packaging thoroughly to insure that your shipment is damage free. If you should find any problem with your shipment you should call us immediately, you may be requested to take pictures of the shipment as received in order to document any damage that may have occurred to the shipment. Always call the Artista Home Products office should you have any question in regards to a product shipped to your facility and we will do our best to help with any issue that may arise. Restocking FeeThere is a 25% restocking fee on merchandise returned/exchanged for any reason other than a product defect or damage. All defects or damage must be indentified and noted with the delivery staff. Artista Home Products is not responsible for defects or damage after the delivery service has been completed and you have accepted delivery. Any items that are returned without a return authorization will be charged 50% restocking fee. Returns/Exchanges received 30 days after an RA is issued will incur a 50% restocking fee. Order Cancellation PolicyYou may cancel your order, for any reason and will be charged a 10% restoicking fee that may be applied to future purchases as long as the shipment has not been added to the shipping queue. Typically, most orders are shipped within two weeks after they are received, depending on availability. Our customer service representatives can inform you of the status of your order and advise you whether or not the order can be cancelled. Once an item is shipped by Artista Home Products the terms of our Returns policy will take effect. In some cases a custom, special order item may be non-returnable and/or non-cancelable. Drawers & DoorsHumid weather may cause real wood furniture to absorb extra moisture, causing a door or drawers to be difficult to open or close. Your cabinet is high quality, but sticking may occur during periods of high humidity. When the air returns to normal, this sticking will resolve itself. The Effects of Light on WoodLong term exposure of your wood cabinet may cause damage, including fading.
